Clean Your Home's Air With An Amcor Air Purifier

If you are tired of breathing stale air with dust and allergens floating in it, try using an air purifier in your home. We don't have much control over the quality of air we breath at work, shopping or outside, but we can do something about the air in our homes. If you like to keep all the windows open, an air purifier may not work well for you, but in rooms you keep the windows closed in, an Amcor air purifier can do wonders for air quality. You may want to use an air purifier only during allergy season to get a good nights' sleep, or during the winter when windows are closed any way.

Amcor air purifiers are made to be priced reasonably for home owner use rather than in big commercial applications. There are four models to consider that are between $30 and $90 dollars. Most home owners can afford this price range.

The AM-40 has a washable filter and a fragrancer to freshen air as well as an ionizer that helps combat cooking and smoking odors. The hepa type filter only removes about 40 to 60% of the true hepa filter. The washable filter saves money. This air purifier does not remove allergens.

The AM-60 has hepa type and electrostatic filtration as well as washable filters and ionizer. It will remove smaller particles from the air than the AM-40, but still does not remove allergens. It will get rid of cooking and smoking odors and smaller particles from the air while freshening it.

The AM-80 is more expensive, but has a true hepa filter and an activated carbon filter which allows it to remove allergens like dust, pollen, bacteria , mold spores and some pet dander from the air. It will also remove many gases and odors. Tests show that up to 99.97% of the particles up to .3 micron and larger will be removed from the air. This air purifier is rated to clean 121 square feet, or about one room like a bedroom.

The AM-130 is the most expensive model of the four, but does everything all the others do in up to 200 square feet which is a lot bigger area.

These four air filtration and purification units are highly rated and do a good job for the money. You want your personal air to be pure and as free of pollutants as possible. Using a portable air cleaner gives you the advantage of being able to place it in any room you are spending time in.
